The customer can choose the commodity and place an order directly via the company’s website: dongtrunghathaotrungnhan.vn. We will contact the customer to confirm the order right after receiving it.

2. Mobile shopping

The clients can call directly to the Hotline number: (028) 2253 4501 – 0908 3456 89 – 0933 772 181 to seek the shopping consultant.

3. Facebook

The customers can inbox the Company’s fanpage (Đông Trùng Hạ Thảo Trung Nhân Fanpage) to get more information about the company’s products, as well as placing the orders.

Payment

Acceptable payment method:

• COD – payment at the time of receiving goods

Time of delivery

After receiving the Customer purchase orders, we will contact the Customers within 24 hours to schedule the delivery time.

• The orders may be delivered within 24 hours from the time that we received your purchase orders (applicable to inner districts of Ho Chi Minh City and Ha Noi City).
• The orders placed in other cities/provinces may be delivered within 7 days from the date of order confirmation.

Invoice

The company will issue and send the VAT invoices to the customers/ distribution partners who need the invoices. Please contact us via the hotline numbers (028) 2253 4501 if you need any support regarding the invoices.

Return & Replacement Policy

Any Product that is ‘Defective’ or ‘Not as Described’ can be returned to the Company.
