      1. INTRODUCTION

      • In nature, Anoectochilus roxburghii is growing under the large canopy trees, humid primary forests, and located mostly at the altitude of more than 1,000 meters above sea level. Anoectochilus roxburghii has the bud, 10-20 cm in height of rhizomes, with soft fur. The leaves have oval blades, 3 – 4 cm long, brown color with white veins, and turn pink when dried. The plant’s flowers grow in clusters at the end of the stem, 20 cm long; brown leaves; flowers with olive color. Especially, Anoectochilus roxburghii (Anoectochilus roxburghii (Wall.) Lindl.) is a species that contains many bioactive substances such as: Kinsenoside, Flavonoid, Glycoside, and Polysaccharide.
