DIRECTIONS FOR USE:

1st direction: mix 2 teaspoons of honey and a few Cordyceps strands with 100ml of warm water, drink the mixture and eat all strands. Can add a few drops of kumquat/ lemon juice to the mixture. To have a cold mixture, reduce the volume of warm water to 30ml and add some ice.
2nd direction: mix 2 teaspoons of honey and a few Cordyceps strands with 100ml of fresh milk without sugar, stir the mixture well, drink and eat all strands.
